BEP (bleomycine, etoposide, cisplatine): standaard chemotherapieschema bij gemetastaseerd testiscarcinoom. 3 cycli BEP bij goede prognose (IGCCCG), 4 cycli bij intermediaire/slechte prognose. Curatie bij >90% goede prognose, >50% intermediaire prognose. Bleomycine-gerelateerde pulmonale toxiciteit: longfunctie monitoren, contra-indicatie bij pre-existente longziekte. EP (zonder bleomycine) × 4: alternatief bij contra-indicatie voor bleomycine. Salvagechemotherapie bij recidief: TIP (paclitaxel, ifosfamide, cisplatine) ± hoge-dosis chemotherapie met autologe SCT.
