Ramucirumab (Cyramza)
Ramucirumab (Cyramza) is een anti-VEGFR2-antilichaam dat de binding van alle VEGF-liganden aan de VEGFR2 blokkeert. Het is geregistreerd bij maag-/GEJ-carcinoom (REGARD, RAINBOW), NSCLC (RELAY), HCC (REACH-2) en CRC, typisch in de tweede lijn.

Klinische toepassing
Maag: RAINBOW (ramucirumab plus paclitaxel tweedelijns): mediane OS 9.6 vs 7.4 maanden. NSCLC: RELAY (ramucirumab plus erlotinib bij EGFR-gemuteerd): PFS-verbetering. HCC: REACH-2 (monotherapie bij AFP ≥400): selectie op biomarker.
