CheckMate 067: nivolumab plus ipilimumab als eerstelijns bij gemetastaseerd melanoom — mediane OS 72.1 maanden (6+ jaar), 10-jaars OS ~43%. De meest effectieve immunotherapiecombinatie maar met hoge toxiciteit: graad 3-4 irAE's bij ~55%. Nivolumab monotherapie is een alternatief met minder toxiciteit (10-jaars OS ~37%).
