Amivantamab (Rybrevant)
Amivantamab is een bispecifiek antilichaam dat zowel EGFR als MET target. Het is geregistreerd voor EGFR-exon 20-insertiegemuteerd NSCLC (CHRYSALIS) en wordt in combinatie met lazertinib onderzocht na progressie op osimertinib (MARIPOSA).

Indicaties
EGFR-exon 20-insertie: amivantamab monotherapie na falen van platinabevattende chemotherapie (CHRYSALIS: ORR 40%). MARIPOSA: amivantamab plus lazertinib toonde langere PFS dan osimertinib als eerstelijns bij klassieke EGFR-mutaties. Subcutane formulering vermindert infusiegerelateerde reacties.
