FLOT (5-FU, leucovorin, oxaliplatine, docetaxel): perioperatief schema bij resectabel maagcarcinoom. FLOT4-AIO: superieur aan ECF/ECX — 5-jaars OS 45% vs 36%. Schema: 4 cycli pre- en 4 cycli postoperatief, elke 2 weken. Dosislimiterende toxiciteit: neutropenie (G-CSF profylaxe), diarree, neurotoxiciteit. De combinatie van FLOT met checkpointremmers (MATTERHORN: FLOT plus durvalumab) wordt onderzocht.
