Abstract (original)
Combination therapy with a human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) and an anti-HER2 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) for HER2-mutant solid tumors has not previously been investigated in a clinical trial. We here evaluated the safety and efficacy of the HER2-TKI mobocertinib together with the anti-HER2 ADC trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1) in a phase I study.
