Despite regulatory approvals for tumor-agnostic biomarkers, including microsatellite instability, NTRK and RET fusions, and BRAFV600 mutations, skepticism has persisted about whether genomically guided therapy truly outperforms standard care.1 The ROME trial now provides the answer.2
