Alectinib met salvage platina-taxaan bij zwangere vrouw met ALK-herrangschikt NSCLC

ALK-rearranged NSCLC is a distinct molecular subtype that disproportionally affects younger never-smoking females, which overlaps with the reproductive age group. Alectinib is a second-generation ALK inhibitor and is generally considered a safer option during pregnancy compared with lorlatinib. Here, we describe a case of a patient who became pregnant while on alectinib complicated by rapid disease progression, with a focus on maternal-fetal outcomes and placental health.
